Account Requirements

Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Voice Cloning

• One-time payment for voice cloning services
• Full payment required before service delivery
• Refunds available if service cannot be completed

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Service continues until the end of your current billing period.

• You may request deletion of your voice data at any time

Our Rights

• Use voice data for AI training and service improvement
• Store voice models securely on our servers
• Terminate services for violation of these terms

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations: We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution
